Where cancellation is possible, we will refund your order payment in full promptly to your original payment method. Where we are unable to accommodate a cancellation or amendment, we will explain the reasons why and discuss possible alternative resolutions with you.

Non-Delivery, Problems, and Returns

If, for any reason, your flowers are not delivered on the agreed date, please notify us as soon as possible so that we can investigate and resolve the issue. Where it is established that failure to deliver is due to an error on our part, a full refund or redelivery will be offered at your discretion.

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns if you simply change your mind after the flowers have been delivered. However, if you are dissatisfied with the quality or freshness of your arrangement on arrival, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. You may be required to provide a description or photo of any issues. Where appropriate, we will offer a partial or full refund, or a replacement bouquet. Decisions regarding refunds and replacements will be made promptly and fairly, at our discretion, and in accordance with your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Liability & Disclaimer

Greenford Florist works diligently to fulfil your order with care, skill, and diligence. However, to the extent permitted by law, our liability to you in respect of any order, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, is limited to the value of your order. This includes any direct losses relating to the non-delivery, replacement or refund of goods. We are not liable for any consequential, special, or indirect losses, including (but not limited to) loss of enjoyment or missed occasions.
