What Happens if the Recipient is Not Home?

We understand how important it is that your flowers arrive safely. If the recipient is not at home when we deliver, our courier will try the following:

• Leave the flowers with a neighbour, and leave a card to let the recipient know where to find them
• If a safe, sheltered place is available (such as a porch or behind a gate), we may leave the flowers there, again leaving a note for the recipient
• If we’re unable to leave the flowers securely, we will leave a calling card with instructions for a free redelivery or collection from our Greenford Florist shop at a convenient time
